  1. Storage duration
    1. Data collected for the purpose of contract negotiations is generally deleted six months after conclusion of the recruitment process if no contract is concluded and statutory storage or accountability obligations do not prevent deletion.
    2. Storage takes place in accordance with statutory storage regulations whilst employment contracts are in existence
    3. After termination of employment, data is deleted after expiry of the statutory storage regulations, or in the interests of the employee not before reaching the statutory retirement age in order to prove employment and existing pension entitlements. Personal documents which are not subject to any storage obligations are handed over or deleted after six months.

  1. Revocation of consent
    1. If your data is stored on the basis of your consent you can revoke this consent. Your data is stored on a contractual basis or due to contract negotiations. No consent exists in such cases.

  1. Right of appeal to a supervisory authority
    GIn accordance with Article 77 GDPR you are entitled to appeal to a supervisory authority if you think that the processing of personal data relating to you infringes the GDPR or the Federal Data Protection Act. Please direct appeals to:

    Your personal data is required to implement the contractual relationship and we are legally obliged to collect this data. We cannot conclude or implement the contract without this data. Insofar as statutory obligations to collect this data exist (social security, tax) we would be breaking the law which could lead to prosecution or a fine.
